Earlier In 2014, IAF launched a game with almost similar concept called ‘Guardians of Skies’. This game is also the flight simulator game developed by the same developer. But apart from the name of the game, many other things have been changed. Quality of graphics is updated along with jets and helicopters . User Interface is changed. The game now allows user to change the graphic and sensitivity settings according to their needs which is a major improvement.
The game will offer a flight simulator experience and it also features wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman, who was captured and later released by Pakistan after his aircraft was shot down.
The game has various missions, aerial combats, including airstrikes undertaken by IAF. The new game has total three modes : training missions, Single player and a free flight options to play. The game has total 10 missions and each mission has further sub-missions.
The main reason for developing the game is to spread awareness among youths to know more about Indian Air Force, and motivate them to take it up as challenging and career option.

The IAF game is available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store for download. The game is available for free. The game requires Android 5.0 and above for Android and ios 9.0 or above for ios users.
